This valve is designed for applications where a tight shut-off is required to keep fresh water in a basin. The valve prevents an overflow or flooding of the basin while providing 24 hour maintenance free operation. Valve configuration is normally opened and is activated by source water from the basin pushing the valve up and closed shutting off the water supply.
