I just thought I should let you know my experience with the nutradip pH meter. I purchase one about 5 years ago and worked great. Until the day I was rushed out of the house and forgot to put the cap of the pH probe on, before I was rushed. It sat all day, dried up and was failing to work for me, my mistake. I phoned the company, they said no problem, I sent the unit back they replaced the probe for me, at a cost of $80, done deal. It was like having a new pH meter, for only $80. What a relief, thinking I would have to replace the whole meter and buy a new one. But I did find out that they sell reconditioned meters, which might not have been so bad.

I hope I am correct in understanding you operated previously, or still do so, under the business name of North American Greenhouse Supplies.
I have been making wine for many years and in 1999 I purchased one of your PH systems, the model pHMS. For measuring ph levels in winemaking the system is excellent and helps me achieve top quality wine. In addition, one of my other interests is taxidermy which I have been doing for the past eight years as a part time business.(my web page is hillstaxidermy.com). When I tan skins I have to be very specific with the ph levels, within a range of ph 3.5 to 4.00 or they will not tan properly, and to do so I purchased a second ph meter, the same model, in 2000 which works perfectly for my tanning work.

The reason why I am writing is to thank you for making such high quality ph meters which give me great reassurance and satisfaction. After using all I have done is rinse them well and store them in the ph 7 solution as instructed. They are trouble free, always accurate and I use them at least six time a month, which may not be a lot but is consistent over the past four to five years.

My experience with the pH battery meter was rad. I was able to walk around from res to res to check my pH level in the nutrients. As we all know pH is very important to plants, doesn't matter what plant. A very portable handy device. Turn on the unit, plug the probe into the nutrients and the reading was there, in very clear numbers. Turn it off, to conserve battery juice and its always there, ready to go. Giving you your pH levels anytime you want it.
