SHIPPING:
All Orders are shipped by UPS, Fed-EX, Greyhound Courier or Canada Post. Some order tracking is included on the web site for your convenience. Orders that are shipped have a 7 day inspection privilege allowed. After 7 day inspection, sale is final.

DUTIES AND TAXES:
All Duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to know the duties and taxes for every country we ship to. We suggest you contact your local Government Officials to inquire about the costs of Duties and Taxes to be applied to your order upon entry into your country.

RETURNS:
If for any reason merchandise needs to be returned within the 7 day inspection period, you must call first for a return authorization number, otherwise your return will be refused. All returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging. All returned items without problems to the products would be subject to a 15% restocking fee. COD returned orders will be refused and the customer must send all returned items prepaid and insured. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

WARRANTY:
Most all of the products we sell are covered by a manufacturers warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Purchasing by Minors
Our policy is to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our on-line store, you must have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.
