Better Than Nature ships all over Canada from Canada, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the personalized tracking number.

  • Shipping & Handling 

Your order is received by our system immediately upon completion of checkout. We strive to provide local customers 1-2 days delivery however customers in other provinces will take between 3-5 days for delivery. Occasionally some items may be on back order. Be sure to contact us by phone or email if your order is urgent. There may be up to 48 hours of Handling time before your order is shipped.

 

  • Discreet Shipping

We offer discreet shipping upon request. Simply write in the special instructions box located on the shopping cart page prior to check out.

 

  • Damaged liquid upon delivery

Liquid products that are damaged upon shipping should be inspected before unpacked. Do not open the package if there are leaks. Contact us with pictures and receive instructions on next step.

  • Damaged glass upon delivery
Do not attempt to unpack or use a damaged glass item if arrived damaged. Please take a picture of the product as soon as you can and contact us with instruction on the next step.

 

  • Non working item upon delivery

This only applies mostly to electric products and grow tents. If you receive an electronic product / grow tent from us that does not work as advertised upon delivery, we will provide a paid return label for the product as long as it's within the range of 30 days. We will check the item for defects and if we determine that the product is functional, customer must pay to ship the item back. If the item is defected as suggested by the customer, we will pay to send a new working item to the customer. Beyond 30 days customer must pay to return it to us for assistance with manufacturer warranty.

  • Wrong delivered / Mistake

If you had received an incorrect item or had a mistake in your order, please contact us by phone immediately with your order information and tracking number for a prepaid return shipping label. We will send out the correct order as soon as possible.

  • General return

If you require to return an item or order for refund in cases that you may not need the product anymore, you have 30 days from the day its delivered. Contact us for return address, you are required to pay for shipping. Once returned we will refund you the product total. Initial shipping cost is not refundable.
